Career Highlights


  1. Facilitated business process work sessions for a District-wide meeting scheduling initiative for the District of Columbia Public Schools’ (DCPS) Office of Special Education (OSE).

  2. Documented several reengineered processes in process modeling software for management teams in the District of Columbia Public Schools.

  3. Led strategy sessions to assist Program Managers and Directors to develop and implement the Behavior Support Module for the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS).

  4. Created Performance Management metrics for DC Mayor Adrian Fenty’s Health and Safety Initiative “How Am I Driving? Call 311.”

  5. Led the re-branding campaign for the DC Lottery’s instant games, which is now known as DC Scratchers.

  6. Developed a user-friendly database that tracked and analyzed the DC Office of Risk Management’s Workers’ Compensation court cases, and monitored the financial impact and legal trends based on judiciary measures.


  1. Developed business strategies and marketing proposals that increased awareness of The Boston Globe’s Arts
    & Entertainment products to New England’s college market.


  1. Developed the Office of the State Superintendent of Education’s (OSSE) organizational chart and assisted with the Deputy Mayor for Education’s Truancy Plan.


  1. Created training modules for sales representatives that sold Black Entertainment Television’s (BET) programming to local cable companies.

Arrelle Anderson, MBA

Arrelle Anderson is the owner and Chief Strategist at Chandlerson Strategic Management. Ms. Anderson has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing and business process re-engineering in the public and private sectors in diverse industries, including media, entertainment, gaming, education, safety and health.

Ms. Anderson advises members of executive teams on how to efficiently organize and operate teams and initiatives.  She also empowers business leaders to be able to manage change from an operational perspective.

Ms. Anderson led numerous strategic planning teams for the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), Jobs for America’s Graduates  (JAG-DC), The Boston Globe Newspaper, Black Entertainment Television (BET), Sony Music, Thomson Media Magazine Group, and several District of Columbia government agencies.

Ms. Anderson prides herself on having work/life balance and giving back to her community. She is actively involved in collegiate, community, and professional organizations, and serves as a guest lecturer for various school systems and universities throughout the United States.  She holds an elected position on an executive board and is also an active member of the Association for Strategic Planning.

With a passion for writing and traveling, Ms. Anderson embraces creativity, diversity and global thinking. She is a native of Jersey City, New Jersey, but currently resides in the Nation’s Capital, and also spends time in Chandlerson’s office that is located in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Ms. Anderson earned her bachelor of arts in journalism from Howard University with a concentration in advertising, and a master of business administration in marketing/entrepreneurship from The University of Georgia.

Ms. Anderson also earned a Certificate in Project Mangement from Georgetown University.

In 2013, Ms. Anderson accepted a political appointment as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Board of Commissioners at Clayton County Government in Georgia. She is the highest ranking appointed county official and oversees nearly 20 of the County's operational departments.  

While serving her term, Ms. Anderson is committed to moving the county forward in the spirit of excellence. She finalized all active projects at Chandlerson to fulfill her role as Chief Operating Officer.
